Job Application (BusinessOfficeAssistant)

The Milton Home is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Business Office Assistant/Receptionist/Human Resources. Eligible candidates will perform payroll duties, HR related activities, and serve as primary receptionist for the facility.

HR duties include, but may not be limited to, New Hire Orientation, completion of new employee files and needed paperwork, including background checks, drug tests, etc., current employee file maintenance, employee benefit administration, and all other HR related clerical tasks.

Business office Assistant duties will include, but may not be limited to, payroll processing.

Viable candidates are expected to be professional, organized, detailed, and willing to work on a team.

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Recommended experience:

  • Business Office Assistant – 1 year or greater
  • Human Resources Specialist
